The Bantry House was built in about 1700 located just outside the town of Bantry on the south side of Bantry Bay. The house and gardens contain incredible views all around. The garden is laid out over 7 terraces with fountains, a large wisteria circle, and 100 steps that lead up to the woodland. The house, garden, and tearoom is open to the public, and the estate hosts weddings, music festivals, and fairs. Opening hours and admission to the Bantry House varies depending if you only want to see the garden or if you want to see both the garden and the house. The Bantry House also offers a separate B&B accommodation. Be sure to stop by here during your visit in Bantry and enjoy the picturesque views!
