The land merges with the sea in such a magnificent way along the Bay Coast. Enjoy the bay by kayaking, kiteboarding, paragliding, swimming, and diving. There are also plenty of trails to walk around and cycle through as well. One of the most scenic cycleways is located on the Great Western Greenway. If you would rather take a stroll, feel free to hike the challenging terrain of Croagh Patrick Mountain, standing 764 meters, or the Twelve Bens Range, standing nearly as tall as Croagh Patrick. There is plenty to do in the Bay Coast, and don’t forget to watch the sun go down as you look across the beautiful Galway Bay.
